How do you select and deliver my products
We hand-select your products from a local Genuardiās store, just before we deliver them to your door, so they always arrive fresh in our temperature-controlled trucks.
Do you offer the same selection online as my local Genuardi's store
Yes, you will find most of the same items online as you would within one of your local stores. Selection will vary, however, based upon which products are stocked regularly at the local store.
Can I give special instructions to my personal shopper
You can indicate product specifications (such as "green bananas", "firm tomatoes", "thick cut deli meat" etc) using the "Request to your Personal Shopper" feature. We will make every possible effort to meet your expectation.
Do you accept bulk orders
Our service is for household delivery only. Therefore, we reserve the right not to deliver items that your local store, where your groceries are selected, deem to be excessive in quantity or not in stock on the day of delivery.
What happens if you are out of stock on an item when my order is delivered? Can you choose an alternative for me
While we make every effort to completely fulfill your order, items might occasionally be unavailable when your order is selected. We can substitute these items if you specify the type of replacement you would prefer. You may choose whether you would like to substitute items that are the same size or the same brand. You also may opt not to receive substitutions. If you allow products to be chosen for you, we will do our best in meeting your expectations. Occasionally items may be selected that are either lower or higher in price than the original choice.
Please note that we do not offer online rain checks for items that may be unavailable on the day of your delivery.
